Review Detail

Between this version of Storm and the first edition Storm from Toybiz, I definitely prefer the original. I'm not a big fan of the all white outfit in general, but it especially doesn't work for a figure like this with a cloth uniform. It just seems to be very blah due to a lack of detail. Also, the yellow trim is very pale -- almost bordering on faded. Combine all of that with a body sculpt that has really long arms & hands -- it just doesn't make for the best figure. Regardless of the fact that there were only 15K of these produced worldwide, you can still find the Storm X-Mutations Two Pack for about its originally retail value of $25-30. If you don't have the first edition Storm from Toybiz, I would definitely get that one first.
